The Beta EVO Factory 2024 is a motorcycle that you will fall in love with at first sight, with an eminently racing character and aesthetics, betting on the brand’s classic competition colors: blue and red.

It is again presented in 2-stroke engines, with displacements of 125, 250 and 300cc, in addition to a 300cc 4-stroke engine. A range that is completed with the EVO 80 models (Senior and Junior) as well as the children’s electric ones.

The new Beta EVO Factory 2024 is in the Trialworld Store, as is the standard Beta EVO 300 2024 and the Beta EVO 300 LONG RANGE, more focused on hiking and adventure trials.

What's New in EVO 2024

BETA EVO FACTORY 2024 ELECTRONIC KEY

The presence of a new electronic key is one of the most outstanding novelties of the MY 24.

The new electronic device is an exclusive European patent registered by Betamotor (EP3064405B1) and simultaneously serves as an anti-theft device and as a protection for the motorcycle and the rider.

The electronic key of the Beta EVO FACTORY 2024 consists of two parts: one that remains anchored to the handlebars of the motorcycle and another, magnetic (which can be worn by the rider with a wrist strap), which is disconnected, to activate its mechanism.

The device performs the function of a “Kill-Switch” device for the safety of the bike and the rider, turning off the bike when the magnetic contact point connected to the rider’s wrist and handlebars is disconnected.

However, unlike a normal “Kill-Switch” switch, the new electronic key also integrates an anti-theft function by preventing the engine from starting when disconnected, thanks to a coding that uniquely pairs the key with the bike, deterring theft.

– Radiator grille. It has a larger protective surface area in the area of the cap and the radiator body.

– Gold Paioli hairpin bars. in the Evo Factory 24, the gold bars are confirmed, which enhance the model both aesthetically and functionally. In fact, the colouring is the result of a TIN treatment that gives excellent smoothness to the fork, which remains managed in the hydraulic circuit with the recently introduced system of inner seals.

– New one-piece seatposts: in this blue edition, they guarantee rigidity and lightness (weighing about 100 g less than the standard ones), allowing you to move the handlebar bridges forward and backward to find the ideal riding position.

– MY 24 graphics. The red colour of the Beta MY FACTORY 24 gives prominence to the brand’s classic “Factory” colours, with a predominance of red and blue, which are now also received by the rims and seatposts.

– New rear shock absorber settings. On the rear shock, Beta has adjusted the settings to increase its responsiveness in the extension phase and improve the responsiveness of the bike. Thus, the EVO MY24 increases the feeling of lightness perceived by the rider, especially when using the “bounce” to position himself between obstacles.

– BRAKTEC brake and clutch master cylinders, combined with GALFER brake discs.

– Rear brake caliper with anti-vibration system of the pads.

– New MORAD rims in blue.

– Custom silicone radiator tubes .

– Black anodized chain adjusters, handlebar caps and footpegs: the latter provide weight reduction, durability and better boot grip thanks to non-slip steel temples.

BETA EVO FACTORY 2024 MECHANICS (2-STROKE)

– Black magnesium housings, achieving a reduction compared to the standard Beta EVO 1350 gram housings.

– Ribbed clutch discs, made to put a more precise and manageable clutch in any condition.

– Black anodized oil cap .

– Titanium exhaust for the 250cc and 300cc models, guaranteeing a weight saving of 600 grams compared to the aluminum one. The 125cc is also made of titanium, but with a different interior structure.

– The crankshaft and connecting rod. The wheelbase has been reduced by 1.5 mm and is now 114.5 mm. These new components result in a rounder delivery and manoeuvrability, as the lower weight has reduced the alternating masses.

– Cylinder and cylinder head. The phases and combustion chamber have been revised, in search of better torque.

– Engine map. Engine maps have been revised, introducing new parameters.

– Exhaust manifold. One improvement we already found on the MY 23 was the addition of a fully integrated exhaust manifold guard.
