Beta Motor has presented the Beta EVO Factory 2023, the top model in the trial range at the Italian brand, which this year celebrates the Trial2 and Trial125 world title, precisely with the Beta EVO Factory as the protagonist.

The new model incorporates all the mechanical innovations that were presented in the standard Beta EVO 2023, adding exclusive higher-performance components that usually differentiate the Factory version from the standard one.

Aesthetically, it receives the new fuel filler cap and radiator grille. Also noteworthy is the addition, for the first time in this saga, of Paioli fork bars with a different TIN treatment , which give the fork greater sliding capacity.

The fork also receives a new internal seal system that provides greater support and superior absorption capacity at large receptions. The operation of the new components allows for more and more support as the fork sinks, increasing the hydraulic brake progressively and effectively.

The rear shock absorber has also been revised in terms of geometries and settings. At the same time, the new Beta EVO Factory 2023 has more progressivity throughout the rear axle.

Completing the chassis part, we have a set of brakes that combines Braktec pumps with Galfer discs; this point is one of the big differences from the standard EVO.

Another nice detail is the steering posts, which at the Factory are made in one piece, are lighter, stiffer and allow you to slide the handlebar flanges forward or backward to find the perfect riding position.

In the mechanical section, the new Beta EVO Factory 2023 incorporates all the improvements introduced in the Beta EVO 2023, but with additional nuances that boost the exclusivity and performance of the Italian motorcycle.

As you can see at a glance, the crankcases are black and made of magnesium, and not aluminum like in the standard EVO.

The clutch also receives modifications at the level of clutch discs, which in this case are edged, providing extra precision and a great capacity for overexertion for the most demanding riding conditions.

Inside the EVO (both Factory and standard), we find a new crankshaft with connecting rod with a reduced wheelbase (1.5 mm less, from 116 to 114.5 mm), while the bore and stroke remain unchanged. To recreate the best possible performance after the introduction of the new connecting rod, the cylinder and its combustion chamberhave been modified in order to optimize their operation with a simultaneous increase in the compression ratio.

New crankcases have also been introduced, which are characterized by internal volumes different from those of the pump crankcase used in the previous model.

By reducing weight and alternating masses, the bike is more manageable. The front end is noticeably lighter, which is a huge benefit in terms of handling and vibrations. The cylinder, cylinder head, cooling hoses and engine maps, usually different from the standard Beta EVO, represent a step forward in terms of exclusivity and performance in this factory model.

The exhaust manifold is made of titanium and as a novelty it receives thermal protection, unheard of in previous models until the arrival of the Beta EVO 2023.

The 2023 Beta EVO Factory is available from the Trialworld Store at an official price of €8,250 in 125cc, 250cc and 300cc two-stroke and 300cc four-stroke displacements. However, only the two-stroke version arrives in Spain and mainly in 300cc.
