The CET starts in La Nucía in style with Pau Martínez winning in TR2

The first round of the Spanish Trial Championship was held this past weekend in the Alicante municipality of La Nucía. Almost 200 pilots travelled there in all the categories called. The race, carried out by the La Nucía Off Road Club, the MC Alicante, the Motorcycling Federation of the Valencian Community in collaboration with the City Council of La Nucía was a success and a great start for this national Trial.

The race had a demanding route with 22 spectacular natural areas. Among the 198 registered were from 9 different countries , once again demonstrating that the Championships of our country attract athletes from all over the world.

RFME TRIBUTES

The Ciutat Esportiva Camilo Cano was the nerve centre of the race, where the paddock was located, the start was given and the trophy ceremony was held. Before starting the day, a heartfelt tribute was paid to Jesús Plaza, official position of the CET and Trial and Enduro rider, and Javier Olagüe, member of the College of Official Positions of the RFME, who died recently.
