TRRS One RR Raga Racing 2023

TRS Motorcycles
presents the new 2023 TRRS One RR, the brand’s flagship model, and inspiration for the unit used by Adam Raga in competition. For this reason, for TRS Motorcycles it is one of the most important moments of the year. And also where the most is played.

In this 2023 edition we see a TRRS One RR with a philosophy of continuity, consolidating the model that has given them so many sales and sports successes, introducing specific improvements with the focus on the chassis part, where the new swingarm stands out.

As usual, this TRRS One RR 2023 is marketed both with standard start (125, 250, 280 and 300cc) and also with electric start (250, 280 and 300cc).

As a novelty in this edition, a new TRRS design swingarm in gold is equipped that gives it more dimensional precision, as well as an operation that provides a greater “feeling” and sensitivity on the rear axle.

The set is equipped with a new bolt, bushing and seals on the swinging axle that considerably reduces the free play of the system and its maintenance, as well as facilitating its assembly if necessary. It is also equipped with a new spring and chain tensioner bushing that increases the fatigue resistance of the spring, reducing the maintenance of this component.

The ONE II Knurled Crankcase Guard also features a new design for better underside protection of the chassis from impacts in the footpeg area.

On the intake side, we find a new intake nozzle for the filter box that improves the air filter positioning. The air filter and its cage are also renewed for greater air intake and better fixation of the assembly. All of this makes maintenance easier.

The TECH front fork has new internal settings that provide more progressive handling and greater sensitivity to the front axle. The seatposts are machined in black. The 125cc model will continue to be equipped with the bars and bottles in gold.

The electric start of the TRRS

The challenge required modifying the TRRS engine, introducing a new crankcase, new crankshaft and a new magnetic flywheel with its cover.
In its innards, it works with an oil-bathed bearing system. Work has been done to achieve an optimal gear ratio, driven by a powerful 500W MITSUBA SM18 motor together with a Lithium-Ion battery of only 400 grams located behind the headlight.

All this represents a final weight of slightly less than two kilos compared to the model of the same name without electric starter.
