NEW BETA EVO FACTORY 300 2023 

As usual with the BETA EVO, the engine is undoubtedly one of its strong points, thanks once again to its exceptional behavior, as well as its great rideability; without compromising at any time on performance that, in the FACTORY version, is enhanced thanks to the improvement of the following aspects compared to the standard version presented in early September.

The engines of the factory version differ from their counterparts of the standard version in the following aspects:

BETA EVO FACTORY 2023 ENGINE

- Black magnesium crankcase. This component, with a highly attractive design, guarantees a weight reduction of one kg, to the benefit of driving agility.

- Trimmed clutch discs. 

- Black anodized engine oil plugs.

- New crankshaft with connecting rod with reduced wheelbase (1.5 mm less, from 116 to 114.5 mm), while the bore and stroke remain unchanged. The EVO Factory is equipped with a higher performance propellant than the EVO, so, to recreate the best possible performance after the introduction of the new connecting rod, the cylinder and its combustion chamber have been modified in order to optimize its performance with a simultaneous increase in the compression ratio. New crankcases have also been introduced, characterized by internal volumes different from those of the pump crankcase used in the previous model.

- Reduced alternating masses, the bike is more manageable.

- The cylinder, cylinder head and engine maps, usually different from those of the EVO, thus take a further step forward to improve the performance and handling of the vehicle, guaranteeing the explosive power that only Factory models can guarantee.

Another new feature compared to the previous Beta EVO Factory 2022 is the titanium manifold with thermal protection. The new titanium manifold allows to increase the performance compared to the standard model and at the same time to reduce the overall weight of the bike.

BIKE PART BETA EVO FACTORY 2023

- New gold fork bars. On the EVO Factory MY 2023, new gold bars have been introduced that enrich the model both from an aesthetic and functional point of view.

- New inner retainer system that provides greater support and superior absorption capacity on landings after big jumps. 

- Monoshock with optimized spring guide geometry and red spring. Monoshock settings have been revised to create a perfect balance with the front end.

- Black anodized one-piece steering stems. They ensure stiffness and lightness, while allowing the handlebar stems to be moved back and forth to find the ideal riding position.

- Safety switch for disconnection by extraction. 

- Black anodized chain adjusters, handlebar covers and footpegs. The latter provide weight reduction, durability and improved boot grip thanks to the non-slip steel pins.

- Custom red silicone radiator hoses. They contribute to better cooling of the bike and give it a racing look.

- Galfer sport brake discs. 

- BrakTec brake and clutch pumps.

- Rear brake caliper with anti-vibration pad system.

- Black Morad rims.

- Michelin X-light tires. For maximum grip in any situation.

- New aesthetics. The EVO Factory MY 2023 is also unmatched in terms of styling. The bike remains faithful to the official team colors in this new 'Model Year'. But it reinterprets them in a very elegant way, to achieve an extremely recognizable aesthetic.

- Radiator grille. Completely redesigned and introduced on the EVO MY 2023, it also arrives on the Factory model. 

- Domino grips. 

- Tank cover: with the new design introduced on the EVO MY 2023. It allows to cover all the cable passages, creating a clean and tidy image of the bike. It has the usual button to change the map.
