CHEAP TIRES FOR TRIAL BIKES

The tires of trialare a key element in the dynamic performance of the bike. Being a low speed and low wear specialty, the durability is usually quite high, so that often the loss of performance is also due to crystallization or tire poisoning, rather than wear of the block.

MONITORING TRIAL TIRE PRESSURES

A key element in tire wear is tire pressure. Excessive pressure forces the tire to work on the central block, so the central block wears faster and we lose the efficiency of the side block. It is also key for the suspensions to work correctly, since their setting is designed for correct pressures.

A tire with a pressure that is too low risks skidding and also causes a very unstable ride. There is also a risk of damaging the rim, since in strong impacts the absorption will be higher than usual and could touch the aluminum rim.

The correct pressures for the trialbike are: rear between 300 and 350 grams, front between 450 and 500 grams.
