Tyre pressure gauge for measuring the tyre pressure of trial bikes. This gauge is highly accurate, as it only measures up to 1 kilo of pressure.
It has a valve to remove air directly. External rubber protection against knocks and fitting to support better access to the valve.
Tyre pressure gauge for measuring the tyre pressure of trial bikes. This gauge, manufactured by Jitsie, is more accurate, as it only measures up to 1 kilo of pressure.
This trial tyre pressure gauge also allows easy deflation thanks to a valve incorporated in its structure.
It also has a perimeter protector to prevent breakage due to side impacts.
* The pressure gauges are non-returnable.
WHAT PRESSURE DOES A TRIAL TIRE HAVE?
Trial tires have low air pressure, and this is due to the fact that maximum traction is sought on obstacles, with the capacity to deform to adapt to the terrain and fit the entire base.
Trial, being a sport that does not have speed, the movement produced by the lateral sidewall when under pressure is not so decisive.
Air pressure front trial tire: 500 grams (+-50 grams)
Air pressure of rear trial tire: 300 grams (+-50 grams)
Air pressure of front trial touring tire: 600 grams (+-50 grams)
Air pressure of rear trial excursion tire: 350 grams (+-50 grams)
HOW DO YOU MEASURE THE PRESSURE OF A TRIAL TIRE?
The recommendation is to use the trial pressure gauge when the tire is cold. Never carry more than 1kg of pressure, as this would break the pressure gauge. By inserting the mouth into the valve we can check the pressure and reduce it with the side button.
We can confirm the pressure of the trial tire later when it is hot and adjust it again to the correct measurement.
