Here is a summary of the most important differences between a Scorpa and a Sherco from trial. Technically they are practically identical, but it is interesting to know the nuances between both brands.

DIFFERENCES BETWEEN SCORPA AND SHERCO TRIAL BIKES

Since 2009 Scorpa and Sherco coexist under the same factory. Little by little they moved forward in a process of unification of materials and components. In 2015 Scorpa was ahead of Sherco, incorporating the new chassis with front tank, paving the way for Sherco in the following years.

In 2022 the Sherco and Scorpa are largely identical bikes. The big difference is the chassis. The geometry of the Scorpa makes it possible to house an air filter box with a larger volume, which has a positive effect on the mechanical performance. This central part of the chassis also helps to make it a very stable bike.

The other difference in the chassis is in the geometries of the front stays. On the Scorpa they draw the shape of the radiator, allowing the radiator to drop down from the front and therefore improving mechanical accessibility. On the Sherco this operation cannot be done and the radiator is removed once the engine has been removed from the inside.

SCORPA TRIAL 2022 TRIAL BIKES

The range of trialScorpa 2022 bikes has three main models. Firstly, the spearhead is the Scorpa Factory from trial, with 300, 250 and 125cc engines. The big difference to the Racing range is the suspension and the range of other components.

The Scorpa Factory comes standard with Tech aluminum fork (steel on the Racing) and Reiger three-way shock absorber (R16V on the Racing). This gives it the best performance the market has to offer in terms of cycle part.

Finally we have the 4-stroke Scorpa TY 125. A very versatile bike to get started in the world of offroad with all the features, including electric start. It can be ridden with B license and A1 license.
