We already have here the new Beta EVO 2025 Trial range, the flagship of the prestigious Italian brand and one of the most recognized motorcycles in the sector.

Beta bets, once again, on a philosophy of continuity of the EVO saga, which saw the light of day in 2009, but always providing novelties and technical solutions that allow it to polish details until it is positioned as one of the most balanced motorcycles in the sector.
Always distinguished by its reliability and quality, the new Beta EVO 2025 provides a plus of aggressiveness thanks to very trendy graphics, with carmine red in contrast with anthracite gray.

In terms of presentation calendar and availability, the new EVO 2025 is already in the Trialworld Store and will be followed next February by the EVO Factory 2025 range.
At the end of this year 2024, the EVO 80 range will arrive at dealers in its Senior and Junior sizes.

What's New in EVO 2024

The Beta EVO 2025 range is made up of six models: EVO 2T with 80cc engines (big and small wheel), 125cc, 250cc and 300cc.
As for the 4-stroke engine, it is manufactured in only 300cc.

All the “large” 2025 EVOs, from 125cc, share all the new chassis, while in the mechanical aspect the beneficiaries are the 2T of 250cc and 300cc

– New front fork with 39mm stanchions.

The fork of the EVO MY 2025 has a new architecture with Ø 39 tubes, 1 mm more than the previous model.
The larger diameter compared to the past leads to increased torsional rigidity at the front wheel, which benefits driving precision and ease of handling.

The operating scheme is asymmetrical, the right stem contains the spring and is therefore dedicated to the management of elastic operation, while on the left is the open cartridge for the regulation of the hydraulic system, combined with a hard anodized aluminum sucker rod of 12 mm in diameter, 2 mm larger than the previous model.
Both shanks are equipped with convenient adjustment screws controlled by anodized Allen screws in different colors.

The development of the new fork was driven by the desire to obtain a lightweight product but with a more rigid structure: this result was achieved thanks to the use of a special steel that has made it possible to reduce the thickness of the tube without impairing its robustness, and to achieve a larger inner diameter, useful for the management of the hydraulic system.

The new internal volume available has made it possible to use larger diameter components, capable of managing greater hydraulic flows, which guarantees a greater progression in the response to subsidence, as well as greater precision in the customization of the setting.
The black surface treatment ensures maximum fluidity and a quality look.

– New rear shock absorber.

The monoshock, also from Ollé, is completely new.
With a body made entirely of aluminum to reduce weight, the new Mono has a 36 mm diameter piston that derives from the EVO FACTORY model and is also made of hard anodized aluminum to ensure fluidity and durability.
Like the fork, the monoshock absorber is fully adjustable both in preload, by means of the canonical rings, and in the behavior of the spring, with the adjustment of the brake in extension.

– Radiator grille.

It has a larger protection surface in the area of the cap and the body of the radiator.

– MY 25 graphics.

The color red is the main protagonist of the Beta EVO 2025, combined with anthracite gray.
Elegance and racing look under the same bike.

– Electronic key.

The key consists of two parts: one that remains anchored to the vehicle’s handlebars and the other, magnetic (which can be worn by the rider with a wrist strap), which is disconnected to operate the mechanism, fulfilling the function of a “Kill-Switch” device.
However, unlike a regular switch, the new electronic key also integrates an anti-theft function by preventing the engine from starting when disconnected, thanks to a coding that uniquely pairs the key with the bike, discouraging theft of the bike when left unattended.

BETA EVO 2025 MECHANICS (2-STROKE)

The new Beta EVO 250cc and 300cc 2-stroke receive the following mechanical optimizations:

– The crankshaft and connecting rod.

The wheelbase has been reduced by 1.5 mm and is now 114.5 mm. These new components result in a rounder delivery and manoeuvrability, as the lower weight has reduced the alternating masses.

– Cylinder and cylinder head.

The phases and combustion chamber have been revised, looking for better torque.

– Engine map.

The engine maps have been revised, introducing new parameters.
