Beta EVO Factory 2015

Beta has just presented a limited edition of its EVO 2T which, as usual with the brand, will bear the surname “Factory”. After the last results obtained in the 2014 Trial World Championship, with the fourth place in the World Pro category and making a full podium in the World Cup category, Beta presents the new Evo Factory 2T 2015 in the displacements of 125, 250 and 300. The Research & Development department of Rignano sull’Arno has taken good note of all the experiences of the official Beta Trial team and has applied many technical innovations, accessories and top-level components to the new Evo Factory. The new silencer has a redesigned interior with thicker perforations, which guarantee numerous benefits: higher torque at low and medium revs, a more progressive response and reduced noise emissions. The new titanium exhaust manifold significantly reduces weight and improves engine response during use. The timing diagrams have been revised in order to improve the accuracy of throttle grip response and increase torque throughout engine use. In addition, this modification aims to optimize the combustion process by making carburetion more precise. The profile of the combustion chamber has been revised in the squish area, which combined with the new distribution diagrams, significantly improves the progressivity of the engine and gives it a remarkable liveliness. Only in the 300 version has the ECU configuration been revised, which gives the engine a better progression and harmonizes the benefits brought by all the other updated mechanical components. The engine is equipped with magnesium crankcases that ensure significant weight savings. This translates into greater handling of the bike and ease of travel, especially of the rear wheel. The silicone tubes in the cooling system have a new, stronger compound. The monoshock, equipped with a white spring, offers the same benefits as that of the standard 2015 Beta Evo with coaxial gas tank and ensures optimal shock absorption, guaranteeing maximum traction and efficiency. The white forks are equipped with Factory caps with an external manual action knob for the adjustment of the extension, which guarantees great ease of intervention to keep the fork’s responses always under control. The fluidity and progression of the fork ensure maximum comfort and remain benchmarks in the market. The one-piece ergal fork wishbone is highlighted, red in color, which provides significant added value in terms of torsional rigidity of the front end and significant weight savings.

Aesthetically, the new Evo Factory 2015 has been enriched with a new graphic design and red details, such as the cylinder head cover, the silicone tubes and the numerous anodized racing details: rims, fork plates and oil filler cap.
