Beta EVO 300 Factory 2013

As usual in the transalpine brand, a limited edition of the EVO model has been launched, taking as a reference the opinion of its official driver, Jeroni Fajardo. The Beta Trial EVO Factory will be available in 125, 120 and 300cc displacements.

WHAT’S NEW IN BETA EVO FACTORY 2013

Engine:

– Available in 125cc, 250cc and 300cc displacements, all engines receive special treatment improving performance. – Magnesium crankcase, achieving a weight reduction of 1.5 kgs, improving the agility of the bike. – Modified clutch with: (300cc model). New internal gear ratios for better torque transfer, reduced spring preload for easier actuation and for better control, clutch discs with different machining to ensure more precise engagement and very stable performance. – Modified intake and exhaust to increase torque at low revs, making the bike easier to use and lighter at high speeds. (300cc model). – Larger diameter crankshaft to increase inertia without increasing weight. (300cc model). – Larger diameter crankshaft pin for increased rigidity and reduced vibrations. (300cc model). – Titanium exhaust manifold with a new shape that allows greater fluidity at low revs, a very linear torque curve, and an increase in performance at high revs, in addition to the weight reduction of approximately 500 grams. (300cc model). – New development in the starter gear to reduce the stress on the starter lever. (300cc model). – Final gearing of 10 (sprocket) 42 (crown) for better fit with the new clutch ratio. (300cc model). – Crankcase, ignition and clutch covers, in black for a more “Racing” look. – Red silicone cooling sleeves, which not only improve aesthetics but also provide better heat dissipation thanks to the technical characteristics of silicone.

Cycle part:

– Triple-clamped seatposts, CNC machined aluminum, in anodized black. In addition to weight reduction and better looks, you can choose from eight different handlebar positions in order to adapt the bike to your riding style, fork with: SKF seals for a smoother glide, reduce friction; new settings for a better feel of the front end, the rebound setting is now adjusted with a knob for easy and tool-free adjustment; lightened preload lid; Lightened internal hydraulic cartridge. – New rear suspension linkages for a different system progression. Soft and responsive in the first part of the stroke, offering improved grip and better absorption. At the end of the course, the buffers are lowered, making it easier to overcome the most difficult obstacles. (300cc model). – Completely revamped rear shock. It contains a larger volume of oil, with longer length and new modified piston geometry (exclusive to Betamotor). This provides even greater stability and fits perfectly with the new rear suspension linkages. (300cc model). – New “Factory” brake discs, heat dissipation is improved with obvious advantages in terms of braking stability. – X-Light tires. The result of many years of cooperation with our technical partner Michelin. These new tyres ensure weight savings of around 500 grams. Another key point that reduces weight and helps to improve the overall tanejo of the bike. – Silver gold wheels, a beautiful touch to make the EVO a unique motorcycle. – Additional red anodized aluminum parts to provide a stunning new aesthetic: Brake master cylinder cover, oil cap, brake and clutch lever adjusters, chain tensioners, and handlebar stops. – Anodized aluminum footpegs. Light, strong and with greater grip. – New graphics kit in plastics, chassis and wheels, replica of the official bikes that compete in the World Championship.
