The Montesa Cota 301RR 2026 represents the maximum exponent of the range of trialof Montesa, conceived for the high competition and developed from the experience in the World Championship. Its new edition comes with a groundbreaking design that combines the brand's heritage with technical innovation.
The engine is a 4-stroke, 4-valve, SOHC, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder, with a displacement of 298.4 cm³, compression ratio of 10.4:1 and internal dimensions of 81.5 x 57.2 mm. Fueled by PGM-FI electronic injection, it delivers strong and precise power, designed for demanding riders.
The chassis maintains the double aluminum beam structure, light and strong, with dimensions of 2,020 x 840 x 1,135 mm, seat height of 665 mm and ground clearance of 310 mm. The fuel tank, also made of aluminum, offers 1.8 liters of capacity.
On the chassis, the 301RR is equipped with top-notch suspension: 39 mm telescopic fork Showa, adjustable in preload and rebound, with 167 mm of travel, and a rear Pro-Link® system with shock absorber Showa, adjustable, with 170 mm of travel. The precision of this set-up guarantees maximum confidence in any type of area.
The braking system consists of a 185 mm front disc with 4-piston caliper and sintered pads and a 150 mm rear disc with dual pistons, offering bite and control at the highest level. It is completed with Michelin Competition tires, mounted on aluminum rims with lightweight machined hubs, designed to withstand the demands of competition.
New features include a set of machined aluminum fork posts, a new redesigned radiator, solid crown, and details that reinforce its "Race Ready" character. All this makes for a bike that is ready to race at the highest level, straight from the dealer.
