A completely revised engine

The great novelty of the TRRS ONE RR 2026 is in its engine, which has received a series of improvements that make it more efficient, more durable and with an even more refined character.

The new TRS cylinder features optimized transfers to improve gas flow, while the redesigned water passages increase cooling capacity in extreme conditions. In addition, the cylinder head has been redesigned with a realigned water tube outlet, a revised angle and a reinforced inner cylinder head, ensuring greater strength and thermal stability.

This set is offered in two displacements, 250cc and 300cc, aimed at the most demanding riders looking for maximum response throughout the rev range.

Cooling has also received special attention: the water pump has been redesigned by eliminating the needle cage, resulting in more stable rotation and longer shaft life. Complementing this improvement, the new radiator assembly incorporates a redesigned radiator guard, a specific support for the fan, latest-generation silent blocks and a rubber support for the CDI, achieving superior vibration isolation and a more robust system.

Mass distribution has been optimized by means of advanced crankcases that redistribute the weights better, contributing to a more balanced and precise overall behavior. The electric starter system also features a new starter motor with a machined bracket, which increases the reliability and durability of a key element in the modern trial.

Cycle part: lighter, stronger and more functional

In addition to the engine, the chassis of the ONE RR 2026 has also undergone a significant evolution. The chassis is updated with a new cylinder tie-rod forging and a redesign of the arms, which improves rigidity and dynamic behavior.

The upper and lower steering linkages have been completely redesigned, not only to reduce the overall weight but also to provide a differentiated aesthetic identity with respect to the previous version.

On the practical side, the new translucent fuel tank stands out, allowing the fuel level to be checked at a glance and integrating the fuel pump inside, a technical solution that increases functionality and reduces external components.

The braking and shifting system has also evolved: the rear brake toe has been set back to facilitate greater braking control, while the shifting toe adopts a renewed design to improve ergonomics.

The rear suspension reinforces its performance with a forged aluminum shock trapeze with an anodized finish, combining structural rigidity with maximum durability. As a complement, the undershield features a new crankcase protector, specifically designed to fit the advanced engine, with increased strength and optimized mounting.
