The Milan Motor Show – EICMA has been the setting for the presentation of the new SHERCO 2025 trial range. A deeply evolved bike that gathers all the knowledge and experience acquired by Adam Raga in competition, as well as the rest of the official riders. A year endorsed by the world titles of Trial2, TrialGP Women and the absolute victory in the Scottish Six Days Trial.
This SHERCO Factory 2025 is the third evolution of the new model equipped with electronic injection. The focus of the work has been on making a motorcycle easier to handle and improving the efficiency of starting the motorcycle, in addition to other aspects that we break down in this article.
SHERCO’s work in its commitment to promote this change of cycle has been impeccable. Electronic injection is evolving by leaps and bounds, both in performance and in the owner’s ability to self-manage without depending on external machines. Proof of this is that from 2024 a calibration of the injection body can be done with a simple command from the man overboard.
To understand this new SHERCO ST 2025, you have to know that in 2023 the French brand changed its bike completely, from top to bottom. New chassis, new geometry, new engine with electronic injection… A commitment based on technological progress and the need to adapt to European homologation requirements, which seem practically impossible with a carburetor.

NEW PART OF THE SHERCO ST FACTORY CYCLE 2025
The new SHERCO ST FACTORY 2025 maintains the 2023 frame, with a frame with a lower center of gravity, which improves the stability and traction of the assembly. In addition, an interesting solution has been sought for the area of the footrests, which are made of microcast and rest on the chassis itself, so that they cannot be defeated with the passage of time; In addition, they are anchored with a single threaded screw, without a nut.
Also interesting is the new linkage solution, which now has a single central and not two as in the 2022 model, so that friction is reduced and the whole works more smoothly.
It is also interesting to see that the chassis has two removable braces at the front, which allow better access to the engine block in case of maintenance, and also support a radiator that grows by 58% to 19 cores, which guarantees perfect cooling.
NEW SHERCO ST FACTORY 2025 ENGINE
Mechanics is the section where SHERCO engineers have worked the most. In order to increase inertia, smooth engine behaviour and optimise water evacuation, the following changes have been introduced:
- New exhaust elbow to reduce engine braking
- Plastic insert in the piston, reduction of the internal volume to decompress the crankcase and thus smooth the bike.
- New reed box
- New overflow hose to optimize water evacuation.
- Better sealing for the ignition cover.
- New cartography for the 250 and 300, smoothing the behavior of the engine and with more difference between the SOFT and HARD modes.
Some very interesting changes to achieve an easy, versatile, technological and very reliable motorcycle. SHERCO’s step forward in 2025 has been truly important.
