TRS One

2018 is born. A model endorsed by three runners-up in the world that maintains the effective essence of its predecessor, complementing it with evolutions at the level of chassis and engine tested in high competition by the TRS competition team.
The first units of the new TRS ONE 2018 will be manufactured at the new TRS production facilities in Sant Pedor (Barcelona) and will begin to be delivered during the month of July.

WHAT’S NEW IN TRS ONE 2018

ENGINE
NEW DESIGN OF THE INTERNAL CYLINDER HEAD
Optimization of the internal cylinder head to improve its performance, thanks to the experience and tests acquired in the trial world championship.
REVISED CRANKSHAFT TOLERANCE
The engine runs much freer, achieving greater smoothness and power.
CRANKSHAFT SEALS WITH TEFLON
Specific for motorcycles, they provide less friction on the crankshaft.
CDI CONNECTOR INSTALLATION
The quality and surface finish in the connection area is improved.
HARD ANODIZED KICKSTARTER PIN
New design improves starter lever slip with a hard anodized surface finish.
EURO4 APPROVAL
All 250, 280 and 300 cc models leave the factory complying with the requirements of the new EUR4 regulations to circulate legally in all areas.

CYCLE PART
NEW R16V SHOCK ABSORBER SETTINGS
The new setting achieves a softer feel in compression and greater control in rebound.
NEW FUEL TANK
Better integration in the lower part, for an improvement of the surface finish and its capacity.
NEW GAS CAP
Greater watertightness and ease of use with a slight increase in diameter and increase in the thickness of the O-ring, redesigning its upper part to make it easier to open and close.
REAR HOSE GUIDE PLASTIC
Pursuing perfection in finishes, the new guide allows the brake tube to be self-adjusted when tensioning the chain, without ever rubbing against the swingarm.
CHASSIS IMPROVEMENTS
Months of testing at the highest level in order to improve stiffness and precision in some specific areas of the system.
FORGING TRESTLE SUPPORT
New design of the piece with the aim of withstanding the stresses that the easel exerts on it, improving not only the resistance, but also the finish and reliability.
NEW GRAPHICS
The new graphics maintain the character of the TRS ONE and its aluminum chassis, achieving a more “Racing” look with the stickers on the chassis that at the same time, protect it from chafing and falls.
REAR CROWN PROTECTOR
The quality and surface finish in the connection area is improved.
FRONT DISC GUARD
New softer and more flexible material.

THE OPINION OF TRS MOTORCYCLES

“The new ONE is the result of the work of Jordi and his team for more than a year, they have not stopped at any time, in order to improve each of the things that they knew had a long way to go and since the first unit came out at the beginning of last year. We are going to keep the RR in the catalog until December, and we will start delivering the first units of the new ONE that we present today now in July, there are many people who expect it to be a model that more than meets the expectations of a large majority of trialists without the need to go for the big sister (the RR).”

Jordi Tarrés (Team Manager):

“The 2018 model, although apparently there are no major changes, has a big difference inside, where we are adjusting the tolerances and other fundamental parts of the engine (crankshaft, bearings, selector operation…). Therefore, you will notice general improvements in the performance and also in the finishes of the bike, without forgetting the aesthetics.”
