TRS Motorcycles
continues to expand its product range, either by consolidation, such as the One R, or by relaunch, as in the case of the recent One “New”.
In this case, we are facing the presentation of the new TRRS One R 2022, a range that was born in 2020 with the aim of covering the wide distance between the “bestseller” One RR and the standard One.
That difference, which mainly manifested itself in the area of suspensions and carburetor, was covered with the arrival of the One R, which poses in this updated article.
new trrs one R 2022
On the One R we have Keihin carburetor and Reiger shock, albeit a one-way shock. It also inherits the overall improvements of the Gold model in the area of crankcases, reinforcements and technical improvements. Something that ends up being transferred to the entire range in a transversal way. In itself, the mechanics are the same as in the case of the RR, with the “Engine Revolution” engine.
Aesthetically, it combines the graphic aggressiveness of the Gold, with which it is aesthetically inspired, with the elegance of the chassis in natural color of polished aluminum.
Undoubtedly, a great option for all those who value an interesting economic saving on RR, with little sacrifice in terms of benefits.
The 2022 TRRS ONE R is available with kick start and electric start, which is maintained even when converted to trial mode thanks to the new system that houses the battery behind the front optics.

The electric start of the TRRS
The challenge required modifying the TRRS engine, introducing a new crankcase, new crankshaft and a new magnetic flywheel with its cover.
In its innards, it works with an oil-bathed bearing system. Work has been done to achieve an optimal gear ratio, driven by a powerful 500W MITSUBA SM18 motor together with a Lithium-Ion battery of only 400 grams located behind the headlight.
All this represents a final weight of slightly less than two kilos compared to the model of the same name without electric starter.
