Toni Bou adds his eleventh title of Spanish Trial Champion after achieving victory in Sigüenza and overcoming the 20-point advantage he needed against his closest pursuer in the general classification, Jaime Busto.
The seventh and penultimate round of the SPEA RFME Spanish Trial Championship was held this weekend in Sigüenza, Guadalajara. In total, more than 80 participants gathered between the six categories called: TR1, TR2, TR3, TR4, Junior and Cadet.
In the context of a technically demanding route, with long sections that were difficult to complete in the regulation minute and a half, the scores were high in the maximum category, where Toni Bou led both laps with solvency, a result that allows him to climb to the top of the podium and also celebrate a new national title.
He was accompanied on the podium by Jorge Casales, who rode a spectacular second lap, recovering the ten-point lead that Adam Raga had at the beginning of the second lap, the latter having to settle for the third step of the podium.
PAU MARTINEZ AND GAUDI VALL, CHAMPIONS OF SPAIN
In TR2 Eric Miquel has been the protagonist leaving Pablo Suárez and Sergio Ribau as second and third, respectively. Jordi Camp, Pau Martínez, who is proclaimed Spanish Junior Champion, and Raúl Guimera have been in the Junior boxes of honour and David Fabian, Gaudí Vall and Mateu Crepi in the Cadet boxes. MARC HORRACH SPANISH TR3 CHAMPION
Álvaro Blázquez took the victory in TR3. Francesc Recio and Marc Horrach finished second and third. With this result , Horrach wins the title of Spanish Champion in TR3. Finally, in TR4 Sergio Puyo won, Jordi Ramonet was second and Héctor Gairin third.
The last round of the SPEA RFME Spanish Trial Championship will be held on the weekend of November 9 and 10 in Valderrobres, Teruel.

Today went very, very well. I rode a very good race, especially on the second lap. I’m super happy to get the victory and the championship in this way, mainly in a trial with a good level, and that gave the possibility of making mistakes but also of being able to recover them. I was able to finish the second half of the season with only one point, which is very good…
This 2019 has been an incredible year, winning many races, championships and most importantly, with a very good feeling on the bike. Thank you to everyone who has supported me and the team!
