As with all Montesa Cota 4RTs, the 2008 edition will be marketed in Two versions; Cota 4RT 2008 and Repsol. Both models will share the same base both at the level of thermodynamic group and frame, an element that, together with the swingarm and the fuel tank, are made of aluminum anodized in black color, a look that gives the Cota 4RT an exclusive touch of elegance and modernity.
The virtually unchanged engine continues to rely on Honda’s modern and reliable 4-stroke PGM-FI electronic fuel injection technology.
The suspension package maintains the exquisite quality of the Showa components in both trains, highlighting the adoption of the exclusive Pro Link rear system, with which a high level of performance is obtained while excellent tractive power in all circumstances.
As for the front suspension assembly, the hydraulics have been modified in order to obtain greater lightness in the front end to facilitate all types of maneuvering.
The clutch pump is newly made , and adopts a new smooth-running AJP, which in turn provides a more precise feel.

The Repsol model will be marketed with a complete accessory kit, full of parts made of carbon and aluminum, including the innovative design of the plate and the dual LED front headlight.
