How do I mount a clutch pump from trial AJP with mineral oil?

To install this clutch pump AJP mineral oil clutch pump on our trial motorcycle, we will do a very simple operation

1. Remove the existing clutch pump from the handlebars

2. Unscrew the hose from the existing clutch pump. We will leave the hose in a vertical position upwards, in order not to spill the mineral fluid inside it.A

3. Screw the hose onto the new pump AJP of mineral oil

4. Place the new pump AJP on the handlebars, opening the hinge and tightening the Allen screw

5. Once placed on the bike, position the pump perpendicular to the ground. We will open the top cover of the pump and proceed to the adjustment of the mineral oil level (it already comes with liquid). We will manipulate the handle gently to see if we manage to take out the air that has been able to catch the circuit through the clutch pump. We will see some bubbles coming out through the pump

6. In case of not having tact in point 5, we proceed to suck the circuit from the other end of the hose, just where it enters the crter. To do this, activate the clutch lever, and while it is pressed, open the bleed screw. Then, close the circuit and pump. We repeat the operation until we have feel in the clutch

7. Once we have the hydraulic circuit purged and with feel, we simply adjust the clutch lever pusher screw to find the feel we like best for braking.
