Bou took part in his first trial competitions when he was just a child and now, on the verge of his 31st birthday, his passion has led him to confirm himself as one of the most important figures in motorsport.
In world championships, he surpasses legends such as Giacomo Agostini (15 titles), Ángel Nieto (12+1), the 13 victories in the Dakar in Peterhansel, the 9 titles of Valentino Rossi in motorcycling or Sebastien Loeb in rallies, and the 7 Formula 1 crowns achieved by Michael Schumacher.

This season Bou has won the TrialGP of Spain, Japan (double race), France, Great Britain and the United States (double race), before reaching this penultimate round here in the Czech Republic, where he has not been able to achieve victory, but has scored enough points to sing the alirón, finishing in second position.

Today has complicated the day from the beginning. I fought to win the race but it wasn’t to be, although the goal of the day was to win the title and I’m very happy. The wet terrain we encountered is not particularly the one I like the most or where the bike works best, but we gave everything to finish on the podium. This season has been very good, the first victory in Camprodón and the two in Japan, where Adam Raga lost points, have been important, as were the two victories in the United States
