European homologation regulations are not exempt from affecting offroad motorcycles, which due to their philosophy, purpose and occasional use, seek high performance, low weight and the requirements in compliance with emissions do nothing but increase the price of these motorcycles and limit their performance.

Now, with the arrival of Euro5 plus, it will be even more difficult for offroad motorcycles to end up being registered, at least with the technology we know, which will force manufacturers to make decisions to meet the emissions target, vary their ranges or opt for non-registrable motorcycles.

We analyse this situation together with Jorge Rodríguez and put on the table all the options that may happen in the future.
