Electric Motion is experiencing one of its sweetest and most productive moments of its history as a brand, which dates back beyond 2015. In 2025 the brand has taken a giant step forward with the presentation of the ELECTRIC MOTION FACTOR-E, a completely redesigned concept compared to its predecessor, the EPURE, a fact that has also coincided with the sporting success of the brand, which is already represented in the top category of the X-Trial World Championship and in the Trial2 World Championship. in addition to the most relevant regional championships.

Illustrious figures have been incorporated into this competition team, such as Benoit Bincaz, fourth classified X-Trial 2025 and Jeroni Fajardo as test rider and developer of the bike.

Commemorating these successes, the brand has launched a new model of the Factor-E in limited edition format, called “Pilot Edition”, with improvements in the chassis, where the sought-after TECH Kashima fork is incorporated in combination with a three-way TJ3 shock. Mechanically, the most relevant thing is the incorporation of a larger controller, capable of providing more power to the engine, with 22KW of peak power and more traction. This controller is the brain of the motorcycle and therefore a decisive component in the performance of the motorcycle.

The new package is completed with a package of S3 Parts products, Morad “Factory” rims and a new design of the bike.

We’ve already reviewed what’s new in the Electric Motion Factor-E Pilot Edition. Now is a good point to analyse the rest of the changes that the Electric Motion Factor-E 2025 already incorporates and that, therefore, this limited edition also includes.

Chassis ELECTRIC MOTION FACTOR-E

The EM Factor-E features a new chassis and it makes perfect sense. The new engine provides another, more efficient weight distribution and therefore it was necessary to recompose both the position and the engine anchors to achieve a perfect weight distribution. In addition, it has been further strengthened if possible, thinking about the demands of high competition (TrialGP) where the brand wants to be in 2025.

As a result, the bodywork was also modified, which has a similar shape to EPURE. We also have new features in the rear axle, where TECH has been entrusted with the damping system on both axles.

Also new to the Factor-E are other components such as the 520 pitch chain (428 so far), in addition to certain components signed by S3 Parts.

Power train ELECTRIC MOTION FACTOR-E

On a mechanical level, everything is completely new. Starting with the engine block, where more inertia capacity, torque and increased revs have been sought. This translates into data such as that it is capable of offering a torque of 1,500NM in first gear (practically double that of a 2-stroke motorcycle) and climbing up to 17,000 rpm. On a more practical note, the power output of this Electric Motion FACTOR-E reaches up to 25hp, which is about five or six hp more than an equivalent combustion engine.

The battery (1.8 kWh and optional 2.5 kWh) is also new at all levels: housing, button, anchors, connections and interior cells. The aim has been to increase the range, which is equivalent to about 60 kilometres, increase the performance and reliability of the set. This battery is removed in just 30 seconds.

The engine retains the mechanical clutch, but now with Kevlar discs and a completely new configuration, developed by the prestigious Xiu, guaranteeing reliability and durability.

Perhaps the great novelty is the four-speed gearbox, replacing the automatic gearbox of the EPURE. This gearbox also has a neutral center.

The controller, the brain of the power train, is also completely new. It has three power maps that are completely custom-configured via EM CONNECT, an application that allows you to customize the response, speed and power of the bike, also adding the option to activate TKO (idle) and also configure its rev and inertia regime.

The Electric Motion Factor-E 2025 (€11,800) and the Electric Motion Factor-E Pilot Edition 2025 (€12,900), both with a “large” 2.5 kwH battery, are now available for immediate delivery at Trialworld Store, the official Electric Motion dealer with a 2.5KW battery.
