TRS Motorcycles
presents its 2021 X-Track range, keeping the focus on trial-excursion. In this edition, the respective improvements of the base models, the One and One RR, are inherited, also offering the possibility of equipping electric start in any displacement and version.

The TRRS X-Track firmly maintains its presence in the market, offering a more versatile variant of the standard trial bike, as well as providing it with greater autonomy and space under the seat to store any object or documentation.

2021 TRRS XTRACK SPOTLIGHT

The X-Track 2021 range brings us, above all, the new configuration of the electric starter. Now the battery is housed in the front, behind the optics, giving way to the aforementioned space under a seat that, together with the tank, is easily disassembled to reconvert it into a trial bike in a few minutes.
This technical solution of the starting has forced them to completely redesign the engine: new crankcases, new crankshaft, new magnetic flywheel and new cover to achieve an exceptional result.

The starter has a bearing system (freewheel-one way bearing) bathed in oil, we have managed to have an immediate and powerful response. As you can see in the photos, a great integration has been achieved in the bike to make it very compact, thanks to its optimal gear ratio and a 500W MITSUBA SM18 motor together with the Lithium-Ion battery of only 400g.
The weight of both versions is 70kg, two more if equipped with electric starter. In terms of suspensions, there are differences between them; At the front, both entrust their forks to Tech, the X-Track with aluminium bars and the RR made of steel. At the rear, the first has an R16V shock absorber and the second has a two-way Reiger.

XTRACK RR 2021 CYCLE NEWS

New TRRS “Grip” micro fusion stirrups provide greater grip and resistance. The stirrup bracket has also been redesigned to house a 10mm axle that provides better integration of the assembly.
Red silicone cooling tubes.
New Chain Tensioner: improves its performance and resistance.
New Chassis Protector: Protects the chassis in falls and improves the grip of the boots.
Suspension plates and fender mount anodized in red.
New NEKEN handlebar design.
New rear crown design.
As for the design, a profound change has been made, with the chassis in red, which gives it a more racing aesthetic and marks differences with its predecessor.

NEW MECHANICAL NEWS TRRS RR 2021

The New Filter Box It incorporates a new air inlet with more flow obtaining better performance throughout its regime, its new upper deflector guarantees better protection to the filter foam, as well as better protection against dirt, reinforced in the areas most exposed to breakage substantially improves its robustness.
The new DC regulator allows the bike to always work at a constant temperature, increasing the performance of the engine in extreme situations.
Braktec rear master cylinder with built-in oil tank.
Crankcase protector that, thanks to its new design, improves protection in the area of the magnetic steering wheel and protects the chassis from shocks.
In the chassis section, resistance and rigidity in the front area have been improved.
Both the derailleur desmodromic and the selector star are now made of treated aluminum (hard anodizing) to reduce weight and achieve a more precise feel.
In the exhaust pipe system, an improvement has been achieved in terms of noise and durability of the fibers.
The clutch assembly has been improved in internal finishes, (tolerances and flatness) to ensure optimal operation.
Reprogramming of the CDI, an improvement in the response of bass and also in highs is achieved.
The suspension has improved in sensitivity thanks to its new settings.
