wHAT ENGINE DOES THE BETA ALP 4.0 HAVE?

The new ALP 4.0 and ALP X models are equipped with a 350 cc engine born from the collaboration between Betamotor and Tayo Motorcycles technicians. Developed specifically for this project, the new electro-injected engine is capable of developing up to 35 hp at 9,500 rpm.

To take full advantage of the available power and torque, the engine is equipped with a 6-speed gearbox and guarantees a top speed of over 130 km/h (80 mph).

BETA ALP 4.0 RANGE

Thanks to its low fuel consumption and 11-liter fuel tank, 2.3 liters of which are reserve fuel, the new ALP boasts a good range that allows it to tackle even long off-road routes far from gas stations.

Chassis. The chassis of the new ALP is a perimeter steel chassis with a black finish. This guarantees both robustness and manoeuvrability of the vehicle, thanks to the dimensions of the chassis determined by Betamotor technicians, which work in perfect synergy with the suspensions.

Suspensions. Both the front fork and the rear monoshock are adjusted to ensure the maximum diversity, but without losing sight of the comfort and handling comfort.

Seat height. The seat height is 865 cm for the ALP 4.0 and 855 cm for the ALP X and ensures good ground support for both models, which contributes to reinforcing the feeling of safety once in the seat, both on and off road, even for novice riders. The seat is extremely comfortable for both rider and passenger.

Brakes. Both models are equipped with a 290 mm disc at the front and 220 mm at the rear, with pump and brake caliper Nissin, which guarantee power and modulability in all conditions. The standard equipment also includes the BOSCH ABS system. This driving aid is designed for maximum safety and can be switched off on the Offroad map. But it is automatically reactivated every time the bike is switched off to avoid forgetfulness that could create dangerous situations.

ABS activation can be conveniently controlled via the LCD instrument display, which, among other information, also shows fuel level, range, gear engaged indicator, as well as the usual information such as speed, engine revolutions and partial and total odometer in a modern and legible graphic.
