According to Lampkin: “A lot of time has gone into thinking about every detail of the bike and we are all proud of the result. We’ve spent long hours measuring its performance and reliability. We are aware that this first model will be the most important for the brand. I’ve had a lot of exciting moments in my professional career, but I’m sure that in two weeks’ time, when we unveil the new Vertigo Combat, it will be one of them.”

Dougie Lampkin: “I felt like Christmas Day this morning, like when I was a kid. After so many months and hours working behind closed doors with the project in secret, it has been very exciting to be able to reveal our work to everyone. I’m immensely proud to have had the privilege of lifting the tarps off the bikes and showing the world the new Vertigo. As a team we are excited about the project and the first reactions from people who have seen the bike are very positive.”
