Sherco Moto3 Speed

sherco_moto3_400Sherco has been working on its Moto3 for some time and this weekend we are seeing its debut in an international championship such as the European Championship in Albacete, taking on Aprilias RSA and top bikes.

The Moto Racing team is developing the Moto3 Sherco, which incorporates the SE 250 IF’s engine with electronic injection seen in its enduro bikes.

The young Italian rider 16-year-old Alessio Capella is in charge of driving it this season, having a good campaign in the Alpe Adrià Moto3 championship, a minor championship held in the countries of this central European region, where he has achieved good results; in the last race held, Capella, finished second overall in the 125 GP and Moto3 classes.

The team It has been presented in Albacete with two bikes, one that is the bike with which they have been working and racing during this season and another more definitive version, The one we show in the photos, in which you can see the massive use of carbon in the rear subframe, fairing and other elements, as well as different braking elements and other particularities.

Its tubular chassis, similar to that of the Moto3 KTM sketches seen to date, stands out, as well as its studied aerodynamics and carefully designed airbox.

His debut in European Championship practice was encouraging, finishing 25th, leaving nine 125cc trails and 4 seconds off pole with a bike that is still in development.

In this championship, the debut of Julián Miralles’ MIR Moto3 was also planned, but he has not been able to do so because he does not yet have the final engine available, from the Italian brand TM.
