Scorpa Factory Trial 2015

After a few long years in exile and with a residual market share, Scorpa returned with a vengeance in 2014 with Sherco to present a completely renewed model: the Scorpa Twenty “20th anniversary”.
If the pseudonym 20th anniversary could cast doubts on whether Scorpa’s project was something exclusive and punctual or was going to have continuity, these have been dispelled with the launch of a limited edition that the French brand calls “Factory”, in line with its rivals.
The new Scorpa Factory Trial 2015 is full of improvements and details at the mechanical, chassis and mechanical level. It is a very exclusive and successful model that will surely arouse the interest of a competitive and demanding market.

SCORPA FACTORY ENGINE NEWS

Piston: Forged and manufactured by VERTEX.
Cylinder head: Scorpa design and manufactured by S3, 100% machined, anodized Titanium.
Clutch: SURFLEX R clutch.
Intake manifold: Improvement of the intake pipe assembly and gaskets.
Crankcases: Specific treatments (impregnation and Alodine to ensure watertightness, and better resistance to use)
New thermostat: The new temperature control system allows the fan to be started at a lower temperature, facilitating better cooling of the engine and thus greater performance.
Carburetor: New diameter that facilitates better engine response at low revs.
Air Filter: New, larger air intake opening, allowing for better torque and increased power delivery.

Aluminium fork: The fork has been manufactured by the brand Marzocchi. 100% aluminum, it is one of the lightest on the market.
Olle Shock Absorber: New Factory Setting
Rear rim: Manufactured by MORAD, graphite anodized, its machining allows the assembly to be lightened.
Crown: Signed by TALON and equipped with a FIM protector.
Running Boards: Manufactured by S3 (Hardrock) in Titanium anodized aluminum, fully machined, high quality and finished.
Screws: Also made by S3 in Titanium anodized aluminum, they have a practical and compact design.
Tyres: Michelin X-LITE tyres, extremely light.
Brakes: BRAKTEC braking system associated with GALFER discs.
Front Wheel Axle: Lightened
Steering Axle Nut: Lightened
Man overboard device: Leonelli, FIM approved.
