Previous: 2 days of Ibiza Trial

arrow400Once again this year, the Motoclub de Formentera I Eivissa is organising the internationally known “Dos dies de trial Illa d’Eivissa” on 4 and 5 December (long weekend of the Constitution)

As in the last editions, the “Two Days of Trial on the Island of Ibiza”  will be held in the  municipality of Sant Antoni de Portmany, with a route similar to that of last year’s edition,  but with new sections and areas.

The paddock will be set up on the promenade of San Antonio, with a closed park for motorcycles and the start will be given from it.

The route will start in San Antonio with a fairly varied route of mountain, coast, of great beauty and “very trial” like the previous editions. The route is approximately 40 km long. and there will be 25 daily zones, with the typical stop at noon to eat and rest a little, which will take place in Cala Salada.

It is a test suitable for pilots of all levels, each rider being able to choose at which level he wants to compete, since there are 5 different colors:  Black (very high level), Red (high level), blue (medium high level),   yellow (medium – low level and classic) and green (basic level, women and classic).

There are also two categories for classic motorcycles (yellow and green) and one for women, which is the second year that there are already registrations for girls.

Continuing with the philosophy of this event, what we try to do is that we all spend a couple of days in the company of friends who share a common passion and enjoy the bikes, as well as being able to compete alongside world-renowned riders as you have been able to do in previous editions (Jordi Tarres, Albert Cabestany, Marcel Justribó, Jordi Pascuet, Josep Manzano, Pere Borrelles, James Duxbury, Carles Casas, Pol Tarres…)

This year, in addition to the event, the days after it will be used to take courses for all levels (groups will be formed by levels and with different teachers, already confirmed: Marcel Justribó, Josep Manzano… and we are waiting for some more) taught by world-renowned pilots, which will take place on December 7 and 8.

Dates:

Saturday, December 3rd:  Technical verifications and verification of registrations (from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.).

Sunday, December 4th and Monday, December 5th:  COMPETITION (from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.)

Monday 5th in the evening:  END OF THE RACE DINNER AND TROPHY CEREMONY

Tuesday 6th:  Break (to recover from the festival)

Wednesday 7th and Thursday 8th:  TRIAL courses (there will be groups of different levels and each one with a different teacher)

As usual, on Monday 5th at night there will be the traditional dinner with all the pilots, collaborators and organization, in which the trophies and some surprises will be awarded.
