Oliveras in Ossa

dani_oliverasOne of the noblest and most charming drivers in racing, Dani Oliveras, will not be among the entry list for the upcoming 2011 season. For the
time being, he is hanging up his boots in the field of top competition to be part of the juicy competition team that Ossa has assembled
, with Fajardo as the only rider.

Dani Oliveras,  whose track record includes a 2005 World Championship and 2006 Junior World Runner-up, he has always linked his sporting career to Gas Gas and Sherco. Things have never been easy for Dani, as his humility and capacity for sacrifice were not all the necessary ingredients to finish excelling in a very select specialty, where in addition to talent and good hands, great means are required.

Dani will be Ossa’s official mechanic, he will work on Jeroni’s bike and we are sure that he will bring a great help to him in the evolution of the racing bike. Oliveras has excellent hands; He is used to always tuning up the bike and has always been considered an expert in the field by all those who know him.

According to Dani: “I’ve been playing Juan Palomo for a long time and the truth is that I can’t go on like this forever. I’ve been for a long time and in the end I was getting used to the idea that I was going to work in the home workshop as a mechanic, but I don’t know how or by whom. When Colomer asked me to work in Ossa with him and Fajardo, I gladly accepted the challenge.”

From Trialworld we wish all the luck in the world to Dani in his new stage. Trial still needs great people like him.
