Memorable weekend for the Vertigo family. The Vertigo Experience Day was a resounding success with about a hundred people coming to the Hotel Puig Francó and the Noassar Trial Area to experience a day in which trial shone with all its splendor.
Meteorologically speaking, the day was exceptional, with a sun that broke through as the day progressed and with a gastronomic offer that delighted all those present, with the typical “calçots” and a barbecue that satisfied even the most demanding palates.
A large representation of international importers from countries such as the United States, Canada, Germany, Austria, France, Germany, Russia, Japan, Great Britain, Ireland or Italy were able to enjoy the area either on motorcycles or as luxury spectators in the areas specially marked for the occasion, in which the Factory riders showed off offering a great show.
Saturday was just the icing on the cake for Vertigo’s international representatives, as the previous two days they had already been at the factory receiving guided tours of the facilities and technical talks about the brand’s current models.
Jaime Busto, Miquel Gelabert, Jack Price, Berta Abellán, Aniol Gelabert, Lorenzo Gandola, Hugo Dufrese, Pau Martínez and Ben Dignan, 2020 World Championship riders captained by Dougie Lampkin, demonstrated all their qualities under the watchful eye of importers, sharing areas with all the brand’s customers and those international representatives who had the opportunity to get on one of the

available, to which they had access in turns.
The event presented an exquisite symbiosis between trial, gastronomy and leisure, which resulted in the full satisfaction of all those who went up to the facilities of a Hotel Puig Francó, which wore its best clothes with the sun enhancing its unique views and environment.
As if that were not enough, on Sunday a large part of those present also went to the Palau Sant Jordi to see Jaime Busto and Miquel Gelabert live at the X-Trial in Barcelona, the best indoor event in the World that was held again in a Palau Sant Jordi full to the rafters. It was a very special event for Vertigo, who premiered their own zone, which turned out to be one of the most technical and difficult of the night.
In terms of results, Miquel Gelabert was 7th, he showed very good details but the demand of the X-Trial is maximum and with some extra points escaping him throughout the round he had to settle for that 7th place. Jaime Busto was very close to sneaking into the fight for the Top 3, he was only one point away from qualifying for the final for 3rd and 4th place, so he finished 5th although he still retains 3rd place overall.
Four very intense days with trial as the backbone that close with a more than positive balance and that ratify the growth and excellent state of health that Vertigo enjoys.
