Los Angeles de San Rafael Trial Preview 20 and 21 May 2017

The traditional trial event organized by Moto Club Sotobike is approaching. This time in the VIII edition of the
Trial de los Ángeles de San Rafael
, which in the 2017 season will be held on May 20 and 21. The format of the test is subject to changes.
This edition is marked by the return to the format of the two days of competition, and the important novelty of hosting again after several years a two-day trial test for modern mounts in the central area, in addition to the usual categories of Classic Trial Bikes.

Open to modern and classic trial bikes

Moto Club Sotobike proposes this formula in view of the existing lagoon in the area of the test center of this type, and in view of the success they are having in other communities, as long as the approach of the race is to the liking of the fans.
Honda TLR 250 and Montesa Cota 4RT
The aim of the race will be trial fun For the participants, that is, modern motorcycles but areas marked in the classic style, with turns and slopes of very technical dirt and stone in which the skill without danger for the rider prevails in all the categories in competition, and where modern motorcycles compete without forgetting a category for classic motorcycles, which will be able to perform the same areas without any problem.
The event will be part of the Madrid trial trophy. The categories will be TR1, TR2, TR3, TR45 and
post-classic trial bikes
, and the route will consist of about 15 km on the first day and 10 km on the second, to be done 2 times each day with 15 and 12 zones respectively.
Classic Sprite Trial
The paddock will be located above the swimming pools next to the Naiad Sports Resort , with accommodation and restaurants for the comfort of the riders, as well as the possibility of staying at the Hotel Comendador in the upper area of the nearby Los Ángeles de San Rafael urbanization.

Inscriptions

Registration until 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 18 through the F.M.M. website www.fedemadrid.com accessing from the private area as a registered user. On this occasion, the speciality that you have to select in the drop-down menu is “TwoDays of Trial”.

Prices

Pilots: 2 days + gift + Saturday dinner = 115€ (*). 95€ without dinner. (*) When registering, it is essential to indicate in the comments field whether you will attend the dinner on May 20 in order to make the reservation to the hotel establishment. For the same reason, for companions who want to attend the dinner, it is required to send an email requesting the reservation to the address info@motoclubsotobike.com
Late registration will be €140 (plus dinner)
1 day + gift = €60.00.
Backpackers-Mechanics will be able to formalize their registrations in the same way as the pilots, paying in any case a registration fee of €65.00 on time and €75.00 after the deadline.
Registrations for a single day will be €60.00. For pilots who do not have a valid license and want to participate in the Los Angeles event, a specific FMM territorial license can be obtained for this event as follows:
– Licence for one event to compete both €120.00 and a single day €85.00.
– Training license for each day €25.00.

Saturday: 15 sections 15km 2 laps
The maximum time allowed for each pilot is 6 hours plus 30 minutes
Sunday: 12 sections, 10 km 2 laps
The maximum time allowed for each pilot is 5 hours plus 30 minutes. To score points in the Community of Madrid Trophy, remember that the overall classification of both days will be used. Maximum number of participants: 250 pilots.
