Gas Gas TXT 2014 Presentation

Gas Gas presents its Trial weapons for 2014 by simultaneously launching the Racing models and the standard TXT. Among the great novelties presented by the TXT Pro 2014 in the cycle section are the new brake and clutch pumps, that confer a series of widely tested advantages, thus achieving improvements in ergonomics and precision, among other results. Black anodized pumps offer good corrosion and resistance to the passage of time.
The chassis inherits from previous models the sealing of the steering column, the connection for the new radiator and the repositioning of some electrical components.
A major weight reduction in the 2014 model of the TXT Pro is found in the new fuel tank, which has been lightened by approximately 200 grams. It looks smaller, but has the same capacity as the previous one. In fact, it is the same one used in the Racing and Replica Factory models, which have given such good results so far. In addition to making it easier to open, fill and close, users will appreciate the fact that it does not deform in the event of a fall.
Another point where the weight has been reduced has been in the new radiator, smaller but at the same time with a more efficient operation. The new switch position for the CDI map change, installed in the plastic side protector, makes it easier to access even while driving. The new design of the filter box improves the air intake flow and offers greater progressivity in the power curve. In the same way, the interior protection of the air filter improves, like the previous models, the maintenance of the same.
The exhaust finish also comes from the new Racing and Replica Factory models. Previously, and as a test, tested at the Scottish Six Days with excellent results. The new cylinder head has been made for this model providing the connection to the new radiator. This part has been thoroughly tested before launching the model, obtaining a smoother power curve.
The engine incorporates the quick removal system of the selector shaft, a standard for Gas Gas. Finally, it is also worth mentioning the new image of the TXT Pro and the TXT Racing, which incorporates a hatch with the logo of the leading brand in the world of trial.
