On Friday, January 10, the Arkéa Arena in Floirac welcomed more than 5,300 spectators to enjoy the 2nd edition of the Bordeaux International Indoor Trial, a competition included in the International Indoor Trial Cup.
In Bordeaux the great protagonist of the night was Adam Raga, who won both rounds, where there were also Bike Trial shows with Nicolas Vallée and Freestyle Trial shows distilled by Christophe Bruand.
Adam Raga fulfilled his goal in Bordeaux. He got a small three-point lead over Toni Bou in the first round, which this time he was able to manage in the grand final and climb to the top of the podium. There was also a great performance from Benoit Bincaz, who climbs to the third step of the podium, ahead of Luca Petrella, fourth, Toby Martyn, fifth and the American Pat Smage closing the classification in sixth position.
Nicolas Vallée, in his Bike Trial show, was especially comfortable at the Arkéa Arena, coming to face Adam Raga at all times in a duel with a difference of only 1.215 seconds in favor of the Spaniard. Christophe Bruand’s show was an ‘on earth’ moment. The ‘Boss’ of the Dust Show lined up the ‘Mini-Flip’, the ‘Back-Loop’ and the incredible ‘Drop-Flip’, which is the only one in the world that passes, both on his GasGas and his Electric Motion.

“It’s been a tough night, but in the end, I’m winning. As always, the Bordeaux crowd was exceptional and I thank them for their support. The final is very often decided between me and Toni. This time I had the last word and that bodes well for the 2020 season that is starting, because my goal is still to beat him. Toni has the advantage of having a perfect physique and although the technique is different, I know I can be at the front.”
