Toni Bou has scored the first victory of 2019, which as usual is played on the eve of Epiphany in the English town of Sheffield, located in the county of Yorkshire.
Sheffield has once again kicked off the 2019 X-Trial, although again being a non-scoring race for the World Championship. This is the first battle of the drivers in this new season, which promises to be exciting in terms of competitiveness and spectacle.
Toni Bou has taken the victory in this first round, with a total of 8 points on his card (1 per time), followed by Jaime Busto with 14 (2 per time) and Adam Raga completing the podium (16 points). One point behind, with 17, is local driver James Dabill, followed by Jorge Casales (20 points), Toby Martin (21 points), Jack Peace (23 points) and Jack Price (24 points).
The first official race of the
2019 X-Trial calendar
will take place on January 20 in the Hungarian city of Budapest.
