Championship This weekend starts the Spanish Trial Championship on the Balearic island of Ibiza, with the decision of the RFME to continue with the Trial Stop.
After the three editions in which the national Trial competition has passed through Ibiza, this event has already become one of the fixtures for the Championship. Its good organization, carried out by the MC of Formentera and Eivissa and the Balearic Motorcycling Federation, has made this year the 2013 season start in Ibiza.
The categories called for the race are TR1, TR2, TR3, TR4, Junior and Cadet. The entry list includes very important names that will delight Ibizan fans. Toni Bou, Albert Cabestany, Jeroni Fajardo, Adam Raga and many others will not miss this special event.
The paddock, the car park for vehicles and the organisation of the event will be located at the Ibiza fairgrounds. It will be the place where the verifications will be made, the start will be given and the trophies will be awarded at the end of it.
In addition, one of the two indoor areas that the event will have will be set up. The rest of the areas will be, for the most part, in the vicinity of “Sa Cantera Den Canyes” along with an indoor one in the centre of Ibiza at the head of Vara de Rey.
All areas will be very accessible to the public as it will be possible to walk. In addition, the organization has hired coaches that will follow the route of the race to prevent fans from traveling with their vehicles.
On Friday, the paddock of the Ibiza Exhibition Centre will open for participants to get into position. Already on Saturday, in addition to there being various From 12:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., the riders will be able to carry out their official training sessions at the Fairgrounds and at the Den Canyes quarry from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Administrative and technical checks will be carried out from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
On Sunday at 09:00 in the morning will be the departure of the first driver. The zones will be distributed as follows: from 1 to 10 on the Sa Cantera Den Canyes road, indoor area 11 in Vara de Rey and indoor 12 at the Fairgrounds.
