Previous Spanish Trial Championship in Sigüenza

The town of Segovia and its valley will host the third round of the SPEA RFME Spanish Trial Championship 2017, the second consecutive round for the TR1 category.
Located in the province of Guadalajara, in the high valley of the Henares River, Sigüenza has become an obligatory stop in recent seasons in the highest Spanish competition of the specialty. In fact, it has hosted it since 2012 in each and every one of them except for 2015, a campaign in which it was absent from the calendar to return with a vengeance a year ago.

As was the case in the previous event held two weeks ago, the premier class, TR1, as well as the TR2, TR3, TR4, Junior and Cadet levels will be called up again.
The Moto Club Alto Henares, its organizer, has arranged for this occasion a route similar to that of 2016 and with the Plaza Mayor of Sigüenza, with a rectangular structure and with a porticoed gallery on one of its sides, as the starting and finishing point of the race.
No more and no less than 12 areas in which large sand and granite boulders will predominate, along with earth and loose stone. All of them will be in the pine forest of Sigüenza; except for the last one, of an indoor nature, which will once again preside over the Plaza Mayor.

The paddock will once again be located in the Eras del Castillo; behind the Parador de Sigüenza, an impressive medieval castle from the 12th century installed in an Arab citadel to completely dominate the Sigüenza Valley.
After winning with authority in TR1, Toni Bou will be looking for his second victory in a row and maintain his unbeaten run in the CET, which has been going on for more than a year. Adam Raga, Albert Cabestany, Jeroni Fajardo, as well as Miquel Gelabert, Jorge Casales and Jaime Busto, who already surprised the previous two in the premiere of the TR1, will try to put an end to it and thus present their candidacy for the title.

By the way, Toni Bou and Jaime Busto will take the start 48 hours after having participated in the Indoor Trial of Nations in Pau, France, representing Spain.
In the silver division, TR2, on the other hand, the provisional classification already has three clear candidates: Aniol Gelabert, the leader; Gabriel Marcellí, winner of the last race; and Samuel Obradó, who has two podiums.
David Millán, winner of the first two races of the year, will not be in TR3. But his main pursuers in the standings, such as David Oliver or Sergio Puyo, do.
Adrià Albejano, in TR4, and Gerard Trueba, in Junior, will seek to continue one more appointment at the head of their respective levels, while in Cadet Pau Martínez and Álex Canales will try to break in their favor the prevailing equality between the two at the start of the championship.
