The Alicante town of La Nucía has hosted the first of the ten tests valid for the 2015 Spanish Individual Trial Championship. The best in this initial round have been Oriol Pi, in Junior; Rafael Latorre, in TR3; Pablo Suárez, in Cadet; Miguel Ángel Bermejo, in TR4; Elisabet Solera, in Female A; Alba Lara, in Female B; Eva Muñoz, in Female C; Antoni Ramonet, in Veterano; Carlos Brines, in Juvenil A; and Lluc Miquel, in Juvenil B. The TR1 and TR2 categories did not take part in this first race of the year.
The 2015 edition of the SPEA RFME Spanish Individual Trial Championship has started in the Alicante town of La Nucía and as it has done two seasons now with all the categories in contention except TR1 and TR2.
However, and unlike 2013, the Valencian race has also incorporated into its program the two new classes that this year are making their debut in the national competition: Women’s C and Veteran.
The first, Female C, from 10 years old, like its counterparts A and B, but with the lowest level of difficulty of the three categories convened this season for girls. That is, through the doors with the blue background and the white arrow inside, like Juvenil B. And the second, Veteran, from 35 years old, or who turn 35 during the current year (born in 1980), and with a level of difficulty lower than that of TR4, Cadet or Female A. That is, through the doors with the red background and the white date, as Femenino B and Juvenil A.
Those in charge of bringing this first challenge of 2015 to a successful conclusion have been the Motorcycling Federation of the Valencian Community and the MC Off Road Team La Nucía.
Both have prepared for the occasion a route of 15 sections, two of them of an indoor nature – although each category only faced ten of them – and to be overcome in two laps and with a maximum time of four and a half hours very similar to that seen two seasons ago. By the way, the race has also been scored for the regional contest of the Valencian Community of the specialty.

The next test for the TR3 categories; Junior; TR4; Veteran; Cadet; Women’s A, B, C, and Youth A and B will be held on March 1 in the town of La Clua in Lleida, where TR2 will also join. We will have to wait until the 31st of the same month, in Mallorca, to see the debut of TR1.
