Adam Raga’s Original Pre-Season

redbull_team_400 you imagine Marc Marquez driving a kart? Or Mario Mola and Gisela Pulido on a motocross bike? Or Josef Ajram and the Pou brothers riding a quad bike? For one day, all of them, along with the rest of the athletes of the Red Bull Spain “team”, put aside their respective sports disciplines to spend a great morning on an Offroad circuit in Valdemorillo. Among them was Adam Raga, representing the discipline of Trial.

One of the most well-known faces of this multidisciplinary sports group was the Moto 2 rider, Marc Márquez who could not avoid the call of the engines and had a great time all morning drifting a kartcross. “It’s been a really fun experience. It was my first time riding a kartcross. It’s very different from two wheels, which is my specialty, but this isn’t  as dangerous as it doesn’t run as much. It was great  to share the morning with this group of No. 1s.” Márquez said after getting out of the car.

While many others such as Gisela Pulido, Eneko and Iker Pou or Mario Mola; More alien to the world of motorsport due to their sporting specialty, they did not waste the opportunity to feel like pilots for a day.
“I was a solo rider first with a motocross and it was fun, but I like kiting more. Then I rode with Iván (Cervantes), I felt the pure adrenaline and speed. The change has been brutal,”
Gisela adds. “We really wanted to try out what a big bike was and the speed. It has hurt me a lot that when I was going to 200 a 10-year-old child passed me to 250,” jokes Eneko Pou.  “It’s been a treat to share a motor day with some of the world’s stars”

Athletes from the world of motorsport such as Marc Márquez, Dany Torres, Adam Raga, Jonathan Barragán, Iván Cervantes, Andreu Lacondeguy, Viki Gómez and, the latest promise to join this group Jorge Prado who at only 10 years old is already World and European champion in 65cc. The group was completed by Gisela Pulido, Mario Mola, Josef Ajram, Sergio Layos,  Eneko and Iker Pou or Dany León.
