2018 Sherco Academy Team Presentation

Two
Trialworld School
instructor riders, Guillermo Rodríguez and Iñigo Estefanell, are part of the Sherco Academy structure in the downtown area with the support of Motos Alfa

Coinciding with the second round of the Spanish Trial Championship in Sigüenza, Sherco Spain officially presented the fourth edition of the
Sherco
Academy, bringing together a total of 16 very young riders who already enjoy all the advantages offered by taking advantage of this very special promotional formula, among them, that of receiving two complete kits, a pair of boots, and a helmet, a batch of oils and sprays, various Sherco material -cap, towel, etc.-, and, not least, that of having technical assistance in all the events of the contest and the direct advice of both the head of the academy, David Chaves, as well as the brand’s team manager, Lluís Gallach, and even Miquel Gelabert, a man who at the time played for the Sherco Academy and is now an official Sherco rider.

The event was chaired by Arnau Vilardel, Commercial Director of Sherco Spain, and, once the mandatory family photos had been taken, it concluded with the tasting of a paella in the paddock, at the foot of the team truck.

“The idea,” explained Arnau Vilardel– It is to offer a complete assistance service, here more technical than in the case of enduro, and that the riders can ask questions and know that they will always have all the spare parts they need available. In addition, we will organize a training camp in July and several training courses for pilots in different parts of our geography. Finally, we would like to point out the important role played in the assembly of the Academy by our sponsors, whose list this year includes the firms Braktec, Hebo, Mots, Clice, and Blumaq.”
