A tough Belgian GP has concluded, held on a single day, where Toni Bou has once again been the best rider, adding his eighth victory of the season, out of nine possible, leaving him in a privileged position for the last two GPs of the season, with the 35th title of his record already fully focused.
On the podium he was accompanied by his teammate, Gabriel Marcelli, who thus extended his distance in the runner-up position over Jaime Busto, fourth in Belgium, and stopped the cut that the GASGAS rider had been signing in recent races.
The podium was completed by Adam Raga, who adds some very important points for the championship, since as in the case of Marcelli, it was Grattarola who had been closing the gap to Sherco.
With this result, Raga stands out a few points in fourth position overall over the Italian rider.
Jaime Busto, as we said, was fourth with the same points as Jorge Casales, a private rider at the controls of a TRRS who we have interviewed in our Trialworld PODCAST this week, followed by another spectacular result from another private rider: Hugo Dufrese.
With this situation, the excitement remains ahead of the French GP in Cahors, where Jaime is obliged to have a good weekend if he wants to dispute the runner-up position to Marcelli.
For his part, Raga will have an indoor GP ahead of him, very much in line with his driving, so he will have a great opportunity to extend the gap over Grattarola again.
We expand this report in the next few hours with the rest of the categories, statements and our analysis
