Toni Bou breaks into the CET with victory in Gironella

The national Trial team has met this weekend in Gironella, Barcelona, and it did so with a very special guest: Toni Bou. The rider from Montesa, after four years of absence and with the sole objective of preparing for the imminent start of the TrialGP World Championship , competed on Catalan soil to take the victory. Although it is true that Bou did not score the points in the general classification of the TR1 category so as not to harm the rest of the riders who do make the full CET.

MC Baix Berguedà was in charge of carrying out the test with the marking of some very beautiful areas that pleased both the athletes and the fans who did not want to miss the best in the world in full action.

Bou, Marcelli and Busto complete the TR1 podium

From the start, Bou was the leader in the standings. On the first lap he added 8 penalties and had his teammate, Gabriel Marcelli, hot on his heels. In the second pass, the rider from Montesa improved in some areas and, added to some mistakes by his immediate pursuers, climbed to the first step of the podium. Marcelli finished second and Jaime Busto third.

With a very small points difference, Marco Mempor won in TR2 leaving David Fabián and Sondre Haga as second and third, respectively. Jordi Sanjuan, Rodrigo Marchal and Jordi Camp were the members of the TR3 boxes of honor; Daniel Comas, Cristian Naranjo and Pablo Lorente from TR4 and Héctor Márquez, Toni Soler and Álvaro Vidal from TR5.

Llamas, Martí, Sillue, Falcó and Del Blanco, the best of Junior, Juvenil and Cadet

With 3 points on his card, Aniol Llamas took the victory in Junior so Ramón Godino and Ryon Land had to settle for being second and third, respectively. Otger Martí, Aleix Ávalos and Iván Alzial were the protagonists of Cadete 125cc and Poldo Sillue, Jaime Calvo and Genís Forns of Cadete Copa.

By only 1 point difference, Edgar Falcó won in Juvenil A. Gael Hernández was second and Lucas Rodríguez third. Víctor del Blanco, Pau Giralt and Grau Franch were the outstanding riders of Juvenil B.

Pechackova and Martí take the victory in Women’s

Nice battle between Denisa Pechackova and Alycia Soyer in Women’s TR1. Both fought until the end to be the best, something that the first achieved after two laps. María Giró closed the top three showing that she is still in great shape. Ada Martí stood out above the others in Women’s TR2 with a total of 19 penalties. Abril Montserrat was second with 24 and Queral Fontdevila third with 25.

Segura and Pérez win in Veterano

Fantastic trial by José M. Segura who with only 4 points won in Veteran A. Things were more even between Joan Solé and Alberto Martín who qualified second and third, respectively. Antonio Pérez, Gabriel Giró and Salvador Planella completed the first three positions of Veteran B.

The third round of the Spanish Trial Championship will be held in Benahavis, Malaga, on April 21.
