The city of Sigüenza will once again host a round of the Spanish Trial Championship, after 10 years without holding any event of this category (the last one held was in 2002, European Championship). It will be on May 13.
The young Alto Henares Motoclub , after 10 years organizing regional trials, Quad Cross, Indoor Enduro, concentrations, takes on the challenge of organizing a test of the Spanish Trial Championship, which is one of the aspirations of this group of motorcycle enthusiasts. It is also important to be able to offer your city one of the most important events at a national and international level. .
The Moto Club Alto Henares trusts and wishes that our city welcomes participants and visitors with the kindness and good work they deserve, and thus ensure that Sigüenza is once again a benchmark in national and world trial.
The trial in Sigüenza has the support from the City Council of Sigüenza, Provincial Council, RFEM FCMM and Fontbella. The test is organized with the collaboration of the Moto Club Alcarreño.
The paddock , the nerve centre of the competition, is located in the fairgrounds of the bullring, where the participants, race office, start and finish of the race will also be installed. The awards ceremony will take place here. The venue will have an enclosed park for motorcycles.
THE CHAMPIONSHIP
The National Trial arrives in Sigüenza after having held three races and with a fight between the two best riders of the moment. Bou and Raga, for first place, and Cabestany and Fajardo by the third. In the remaining positions there is also a nice fight between young riders such as Moret, Casales, Borrellas and Tarres, who are fighting to make a place for themselves among the elite of this competition.
We would like to highlight the participation of the local rider of the Alto Henares motorcycle club, Alex del Olmo, who is fighting in the JUNIOR category to make a place for himself among the best riders of the moment; we hope that with the support of his public in Sigüenza he achieves it.
THE ROUTE
It has 12 areas, with large sandstone steps predominating, along with dirt and loose stone.
The first areas are located in the vicinity of the cemetery 1-2-3-4, Camino del campamento 5-6-7-8 and Finca la Lastra 9-10-11-12, all of them being easily accessible to the public.
The drivers will do two laps of the course in a maximum time of 4.30 hours, except for the TR1, which will make two consecutive passes through the zones.
MOTORCYCLE ENTHUSIASTS
Must Enroll in Career Office and they will be given a bib (5 euros + deposit) so that they can follow the route through the interzone marked by the organization they will also be able to train in enabled areas, it is forbidden to leave the marked areas, there will be surveillance of the environmental agents and Seprona, we ask all fans who travel by motorcycle to wear the bib visible so as not to have any problem and if possible try to set an example and thus facilitate the work for future events.
