The new Clean Trials X2 20″ 2017 is one of the most important models in the Clean catalogue, although the new
carbon Clean Trials K1
undoubtedly captures all eyes. It features a new high-quality 6061 T6 + 7075 T6 aluminum frame and BB30 3P bottom bracket included, increasing stiffness to the maximum and improving weight and maintenance.
The new special dropouts allow the integration of the disc caliper between the tubes, being very protected from any blow. The right dropout allows the use of the integrated tensioner, always keeping the wheel in the same place, being perfect for the brake.
The headset is tapered, being 1 1/8″ at the top and 1/5″ at the bottom, improving stiffness and achieving considerable weight savings.
When it comes to brakes, there are two options. On the one hand, Hope Trial Zone disc brakes, combined with RS discs, or Clean T13 front brake combined with Clean pads and mounts.
The Clean X2 is the bike used by Joacim Nymann in competition.
The final weight of the Clean X2 20″ is only 7.9kg. and its approximate price of €2,290
