Montesa Honda and Toni Bou have agreed to extend the term of their contract since 2007 until the end of the 2012 season. During this period, Toni Bou has enriched his track record with eight Trial World Champion titles (four outdoors and as many indoors) and five as Spanish Champion (four of which in the indoor specialty), as well as being part of the team that has won the last four editions of the Trial of Nations.
With the contribution of Toni Bou, Montesa has extended his record of victories in World Championship events to 143 and has won the last four editions of the manufacturers’ world championship.

Toni Bou: “Knowing that I’m going to continue for two more years as a Montesa rider gives me peace of mind and joy. This is where I’ve achieved all eight of my world titles and there’s nothing stopping me from wanting more. I love the bike I race and I feel totally supported by a very professional team. Logically, when everything works perfectly in my environment, there is not the slightest reason to consider a change of scenery.”
