The Euro5 plus regulation, which will come into force on January 1, 2025, will prevent trial bikes (and other specialties) from being registered if they do not have the new regulations in force, and right now only Electric Motion complies with them. It is likely that all 4T will also pass it without problems, but 2T will have to work hard and invest large amounts to exceed the emission limits, and even then they are not guaranteed that they will be able to adapt to the required values.
